Step 1
Install the plugin
Add Toolbox POD for WooCommerce from the WordPress plugin directory and activate it. It's free.

Click Connect
Go to WooCommerce → Toolbox POD and click Connect to Toolbox POD. Sign in, or create a free account.

Approve access
On WooCommerce's own screen. Revoke it any time under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.

Check your store
The Status tab checks HTTPS, permalinks, US dollar prices, webhooks and your server, with a fix for each.
Needs WordPress 7.0 or newer, WooCommerce, PHP 7.4 or newer, HTTPS and prices in US dollars. Works with the checkout block and the classic checkout.
Publish
See your profit before you publish.
Pick a design in Toolbox POD, its colors, its sizes and a price for each size. It lands in your store as a WooCommerce product, mockup photos included.

How orders work
A sale in your store. A shirt at their door.
- A shopper buys. At your price, in your store.
- It comes to us. Paid orders go to production on their own, or wait for your review. We charge the card on your Toolbox POD account, and you keep the difference.
- We print it in Utah. In our own shop. Ships within 2 business days.
- Tracking goes back. The order is marked Completed and your customer gets a note with the tracking.
Ships within 2 business days means your order is handed to the carrier within 2 business days of payment; it usually arrives 5–8 business days after it ships. We ship to US addresses only: all 50 states, DC and PO boxes.
What the plugin does

Tracking for your customers
When a package ships, the order is marked Completed and the tracking shows in My Account and order emails.
Shipping at checkout
Our items get their own rate: our $5.95 cost, free, or our cost plus your amount. Other rates can be hidden for them.
A size guide tab
Product pages get a Size guide in inches, with centimeters one click away. Rename it or turn it off.

When can I install the plugin?
Toolbox POD for WooCommerce is on its way to the WordPress.org plugin directory. Until it's listed, you can order your designs on our website or send orders from your own site with our API.
How does setup work?
Install the plugin, then go to WooCommerce → Toolbox POD and click Connect to Toolbox POD. Sign in or create a free account, then approve access on WooCommerce's own screen. You can revoke it any time under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
What does my store need?
WordPress 7.0 or newer with WooCommerce, PHP 7.4 or newer, HTTPS and prices in US dollars. The plugin's Status tab checks each one and says how to fix it.
Will my customers see Toolbox POD?
No. They buy from your store and hear from your store. There's no Toolbox POD name at checkout, in emails or in tracking notes.
Will it change products I already sell?
No. When you import a product you already sell, we connect it to a Toolbox design. Its title, photos and prices stay as they are.
Can I check orders before they print?
Yes. In the plugin's settings, choose to review each order in Toolbox POD first. Otherwise paid orders go to production on their own.
Who pays for shipping?
You pay us $5.95 per order. At your checkout, customers pay our shipping cost, nothing, or our cost plus an amount you choose.
Where do you ship, and how fast?
US addresses only: all 50 states, DC and PO boxes. Ships within 2 business days: the order is handed to the carrier within 2 business days of payment, and usually arrives 5–8 business days after it ships. When a cart has our products, checkout asks for a US address and tells your customer why.
