How it works

Once the app launches and your store is connected, you don't touch a thing. Here's what happens after someone clicks buy.

A shopper buys
Someone orders your shirt on your Shopify store, at the price you set.

We get the order
The paid order comes to Toolbox on its own. No copying, no emails.

We print in Utah
We print it in our own shop and pack it with your brand on the slip. Ships within 2 business days.

Tracking goes back
When the package ships, the tracking lands on the order in your Shopify admin.
Ships within 2 business days means your order is handed to the carrier within 2 business days of payment; it usually arrives 5–8 business days after it ships. We ship to all 50 US states, DC and PO boxes.

Match what you already sell
Point products you already have at a Toolbox design. Your titles, photos and prices stay exactly as they are.
Orders come in on their own
Paid orders arrive automatically. If one needs a fix, like a bad address, it waits under On hold with the reason and moves on once fixed.
Tracking back to Shopify
Each package's tracking is written back to the order in Shopify when it ships.
Your brand, not ours
Your store name goes on the packing slip, so the box looks like it came from you.
Test without worry
Sandbox API keys can't change your live store, and an AI connection pays for nothing until you set a limit.

You set your retail price in Shopify and keep the difference. The app will be free to install.

Will it change my existing products?
No. When you match a product you already sell, we only point it at a Toolbox design. Titles, photos, prices and product codes stay as they are.
Who pays for shipping?
You pay us $5.95 per order. You charge your customer whatever shipping you like at your checkout.
What if an order can't go through?
It waits under On hold with the reason, for example a design that isn't approved yet or an address problem. Once it's fixed, the order continues by itself.
